Day Five - Sunday April 15, 2007

I didn't weigh myself this morning but I looked much better in the mirror, which means that I didn't have to suck my stomach in to make the crease disappear. The cardio and smaller meals is really helping.

Went straight to the gym and did chest and legs. Chest workout consisted of:
Incline Dumbbell Press: 50x12, 60x10, 70x8, 80x5.
Flat Dumbbell Flyes: 40x10, 40x8
Pec Deck: Silly Cable Machine

Leg workout was:
Front Squats: 95x15,135x10,135x10
Squats: 135x10
Leg Curls supersetted with leg extensions: Cable Machine!

No time for cardio so it was home to make some Omega-3 eggs with some almonds and a wee bit of cheese.
